Attorney Michael S. Boynton concentrates his practice in the area of criminal defense including felonies, driving while intoxicated, assault, drug possession, misdemeanors; personal injury; family law; civil litigation; divorce; worker’s compensation; dram shop cases; real estate transactions; probate administration. He previously served as Assistant Public Defender in the Derby Superior Court.
Atty. Boynton graduated from Stonehill College, B.A. in 1983 and received his J.D. from the Quinnipiac University School of law in 1986. He was admitted to practice in Connecticut that year, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. He is a member of the Milford, Naugatuck Valley, and Connecticut Bar Associations, along with the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. He is the father of three adult daughters and has been a life –long resident of Milford.
